My excavation business journey began at a young age, gaining hands-on experience in construction and farming. Starting work early provided me with valuable practical skills and a strong work ethic. This early exposure to the construction industry and the agricultural sector laid the foundation for my future endeavors.
Following my passion for service and adventure, I joined the Army. Serving in the military honed my discipline, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities. The army provided a platform for personal growth and a diverse range of experiences that would later prove valuable in the business world.
Armed with a unique skill set and a desire to build something of my own, I decided to establish an excavation company. A key factor in Ranger's success was the formation of a great team of people. Recognizing the importance of collaboration with skilled and dedicated individuals, we assembled a team that shared the same vision and work ethic. Our cohesive and talented group of professionals became the backbone of Ranger Excavation that prioritizes efficiency, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
